# dfig PI controler

hi everybody
i simulate a DFIG with matlab simulink
we have some pi controller for GSC and RSC
for example in VDC regulator we have a pi controler with gain KP=0.002 and KI=0.05
and for current controller PI controler :KP=2.5 KI=500
what is the role of this controller?
and how i can realize these gains?
whats happen if i delete these controllers?

Anyone know what DFIG, GSC, RSC, VDC, PI, KP, KI etc stand for?
I do. But it would help if you can explain better so that anyone can understand.

welcome to the real world boys.. abbreviations are used everywhere when you know what you are talking about. This question is just over your heads (and mine) so just let it sit till someone who knows the answer comes along to help.. thats how it works..

DFIG=Doubly-Fed Induction Generator
GSC=grid side converter
RSC= rotor side converter
PI=proportional/integral controller
KP= proportional gain
KI=integral gain

to the OP (original poster ) I suggest you head over to google and try searching something like this "pi controller ki kp matlab"

we have some proportional-integral (PI) controller for grid side converter(GSC) and rotor side converter(RSC)
for example in VDC(DC voltage) regulator we have a PI controller with proportional gain KP=0.002 and integral gain KI=0.05
and for current controller PI controller :KP=2.5 KI=500
what is the role of this controller?
and how i can realize these gains?
whats happen if i delete these controllers?
