    Extremely low prices.
    Device with microcontrollers on request.
I do not know how much the transport costs.

You are not going to get much help with your request. Your post has little information.

What is the item you are trying to build? What does it do?
    Where are you located?

I want to work as a freelancer.
I am in Romania, and can satisfy customer wishes. For little money.

I have experience in PIC16F microcontroller design. Assembler and C.
I can work with PIC 12F, PIC 33F.

For a more serious project I can study and work with any microcontroller.
I do design hardware and software.

I do not make PCBs. I can sometimes design PCB, but that's not my purpose.

I can make a prototype, a 0 series for a product somebody wants.

    How will we work?
    - We talk on private messaging
    - I perform the assembly on a test PCB, I write the software
    - I test the device under difficult conditions
How do I send the result?
    - The cheapest way is to send the schematic and HEX by E-Mail
This assuming that the client also has the same microcontroller, programmer, breadboard and he can test the schematic.
    - I can also send the device by regular mail, or order professional PCB only in exceptional cases.

Can make small changes in HEX file for PIC16F84 or similar without having the source code.

The reason 99.9% of the people here have electronics as their hobby and will likely want to do such an mcu project on their own. Highly doubtful you are going to get any business here.

I was on a romanian forum where I found, some, but not many such projects.
E.g. Someone copied a schematic and an ASM file and wanted an extra function.

No, maybe the main problem is that, they seem cheap to buy them from RadioShack. And not mistaken.

    I have not worked.
But I can try. Nothing is paid if I do not succeed.

    Has model in Proteus?
    Is resistive or capacitive touch?

If it's cheap I can buy it too. For this project, I will also need an LCD.
How do you want, here or PM? Give me the details: the microcontroller used, type of LCD. Or if we can choose them together.
