what OS usually used in touchscreen building directory? and what is the CPU used in it? thx.

 

I don't know about "usually", but Mac OS is used in many kiosks and I suppose Windows must be as well. These are gross overkill but I don't think it has so much to do with the OS as with the capabilities of the person setting it up. You use what you're familiar with to get the job done ASAP.

 

Quite often the OS think the touch screen is a common mouse pointer. All the complex task is handled by a driver
