I an making a simulation (multisim) for an intelligent traffic light system. Already programmed the microcontroller to operate the lights. Th eproblem is that i need to simulate cars and infrared sensors such that when the sensors detect presence of vehicle, they send signals to the microcontroller to trigger the lights.

i need your help please.

i was alos told that i can use netlogo to simulate the cars. the problem is how then do i add the netlogo code to multisim?

if you have any literature about such a project (may have been implemented elsewhere), please let me know.

you can simply simulate it by jumper or some switch
