I am designing 7.5Ax5V linear power.
On this project, I would like to select bridge rectifier with 1.1V Voltage drop, 15A average rating.

7.5Ax1.1V = 8.25W power dessipation
Thermal Resistance for Heat Sink = ((100 Degree C(Tjmax) - 50 Deg. C(Ambient))/8.26) - 3(Resistance for Case to Sink) = 3 Deg. C/W

But, I cannot find for suitable heat sink for GBJ or GBU anywhere.

Please advise me of whether above calculation is correct.

How could I find the heat sink for GBJ or GBU packages(Bridge Rect.)
or any alternatives ?
