Hey Guys,
I'm trying to build a circuit and i could do with some help!
If anyone is interested why its for putting a TB hard drive in an original Xbox. The drive doesnt spin up quick enough for the xboxs liking, but if you power the drive before the xbox mobo it works fine.
I've attached a simple layout of what the circuit needs to do.
The reason for block 1 is so when your turning the xbox off it will turn straight off and not get delayed
The reason for block 2 is so that when you are turning the xbox off the signal will not be delayed, but when your turning on the xbox the signal will get through.
When block 3 recieves one pulse it needs to connect B & W , when it recieves another it needs to disconnect them
Could anyone help with any parts of the circuit?

EDIT: BTW there shouldnt be any current on the input, but there could well be current between B & W
