Can anyone suggest me a thermostat that can work on DC voltage and available in India..??

u can use the following circuit,which consist of lm35 temperature sensor and ca3130 opamp which is easily available in india..if u want to connect this thermostat directly to DC...simply remove the transformer and rectifier section

 

same circuit with hysteresis for better stability
