Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone out there could suggest a DC : DC isolated regulator that would suit the following requirements;
Vin = 19.5V
Vout = 9V
I = ~1A (in reality this will likely be <500mA, I'm just allowing sufficient headroom)
Essentially, I've built a power supply unit for a guitar pedal board using a bunch of LM317 kits (http://archive.siliconchip.com.au/cms/A_110498/article.html) in parallel, outputting a variety of voltages. This has been performing admirably, however one pedal requires an isolated supply. I had hoped that by running it with its own regulator that I could solve the problem, but I'm still getting DC noise through the amp.
I'm looking to a) replace that regulator circuit with an inexpensive isolating circuit or
b) isolate the circuit by another means
Any suggestions would be awesome, thanks!
Gareth
