Dazed and confused (part 2)...

I have this same problem on my homework and it is asking: If the voltage Va is 6V rather than -1V, explain what is wrong about the network connection.

This is going back to the original problem, but it replaces the -1V with 6V.
I'm stumped as to how they got 6V instead.

What is the total series resistance? What percentage of that total does each resistor represent? What is the total voltage applied? What is the voltage drop across each resistor? What can change to upset what is shown? Answering these questions should allow you to answer the question on the exam.
