Would like to know at least the Vcc pin # and the value of Vcc itself.
Other thing: I would like to confirm what type of component is:
D482
BA1317
(most probably a power MOSFET also... found on inverter board of the above-indicated TV)...

 

I'm guessing the D482 is a 2SD482, which is a Silicon NPN Transistor in a TO126 package.

Your best bet is to Google those numbers. If you don't find anything, I can't suggest anything else to try.
