Hi Everyone,

I have been unable to find a datasheet for this transistor. I thought the F was a Fairchild logo but I did not get any results from a search on their website.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks. I have this datasheet but the "package marking and ordering information" on page 2 states that it should be marked FCPF20N60.

I would not worry to much about the markings in the datasheet. I am sure you have the coerect component. It can have been produced on a new factory since they made the datasheet as one example
