Danger from wiring to ground

Looking for danger if any between these 2 circuits.





This circuit is all in one enclosure

Ground that transformer is connected to is same as ground relay is connected to.

The 2nd version bypasses the MCB3 circuit breaker and is thus has a bad safety issue.

Note I am *NOT* commenting on any other aspect of this (for example: will it work?) as I do not know what many of these symbols stand for.

What ErnieM said is correct, it's a safety issue. It will work that way but don't do it.

Early on, "back in the day" when motor control circuits where just getting started, they were actually wired that way. The neutral side of a component was directly wired to ground, any ground any where. A lot of people died because of it. That's when things like OSHA began to take shape.

Spend the extra pennies, get a longer piece of wire and connect it correctly.
