I design D flip flop (master slave ) see attached image. When I created the layout of this one it was too big. I want to use 32 bit binary counter using this D-flip flop design, but the problem is if I use the layout its too big.

Does anyone help me to compact this layout or anyone has better small d flip flop layout design?

 

This may give you some ideas on how to reduce the size of the layout.

 

I think MicroWind has some circuits in its internal library, that follow the optimal design. Check there to see if a D-FF exists.

Isn't your second attachment from MicroWind? It looks identical to it.
