I am doing a project where I need to build a current source which can measure a current from 0-70 microamperes with scale of 5.

Is there any one who can help or suggest me with the circuit diagram for such kind of current source?

Presumably you want a current meter rather than a current source. A current source simply provides a current of known (constant?) value into a load which may be variable.

Unfortunately your question isn't particularly clear - can you reply with some more details and/or clarification?
