I am having a hard time understanding how to tell if a current source is delivering or absorbing power. For a voltage source I follow passive sign convention and see which way my current is pointing toward positive or negative terminal. But for current source I how can I tell? Do I look the nodal voltage?

follow the same conventions with current source as well. head of the arrow is the current source counterpart for '+' sign in voltage source.
