I was doing research in SELECTIVE HARMONIC Elimination I want to control my rectifier current for that I am going for PFC. I attached the circuit I want to know roll of LM3600. I got these circuit from net I tried but with out knowing the application of LM3600 I cant proceed further help me.

What you do is to use the "lm13600" as the search term in Google to find a data sheet.
You may also find a superior device - http://www.national.com/mpf/LM/LM13700.html#Overview

The design you came across is very old, using LM741 op amps. You could use more modern ones and perhaps get superior performance.
