Crystal locked FM transmitter

Hi,

I've built a few FM transmitter kits - always with a coil. I've found that these kits always drift in terms of frequency.

I've seen a few circuits online for crystal-locked FM transmitters but a lot of them use crystals that are very hard for me to find in the country where I live, and in terms of cost it's hard to justify the cost of importing a crystal from overseas.

Some circuits state you can run a 10 MHz crystal (which I can source over here) in its "third overtone mode" to reach a frequency of 90 MHz.

This is the one circuit I found:

People seem very familiar with the talkingelectronics website - I was wondering if anyone has built this circuit?

I thought I'd just clarify my question - if someone has built this circuit, great, would be fantastic to get feedback - else, can someone have a quick once-over and tell me if the design seems sound?
