Hello all about circuits.
I have a Crown CE1000 amp that has the following eight resistors blown.
I having difficulty finding these resistors.
They are 0.4 OHM 1 watt 5% 2512 T/R
I have looked at digikey but they don't have this exact resistor.
Please HELP!

Hi Bertus,
YES...I did read that forum. that discussion is what got me signed up for all about circuits. But I still would to know where is a good online parts supplier for resistors would be.
Part is 0.4 OHM 1 watt 5% 2512 T/R resistor.

Hello,

The amplifier you have must be an other revision than the schematic in the other thread.
In the schematic I have there are 8 resistors of 1.8 Ohms paralel at teh positition you show.

There must be a reason why the resitstor are blown.
Possibly the transistors connected to these resistors also are blown.

I have found the resistor you need at Mouser.
They can be found in the catagory "current sens resistors".
There are two sizes available:

Hi Bertus,
Thanks for the good info on the Mouser site.
I've got a good pic of the circuit board for the CE1000
amp. I wanted to get your recommendation on along with
replacing the obvious blown Resistors if I should as well
replace the One - Q221 and Four Q123,Q124,Q127, Q128 Transistors.
