Create SPICE component based on its physical description

Hi,

I am working on a SPICE simulation that involves a novel device called Magnetic Tunneling Junction. I have found a research paper describing a simple set of physical formulas for its electrical characteristics.

However, I am not very sure how to create a model/component inside SPICE (more specifically LTSpice) based on these formulas that can be used in a simulation.

I would really appreciate if anyone can give me any tips on this.
