Short answer no.

 

If you are serious about trying it then you'll need to visit where you can access the hundreds of thousands of pages of specification that make up the specification for the software (and hardware).

If you don't get the protocols right you won't be able to connect to a network and could land yourself in trouble.

I'd echo blueroomelectronics's comment and recommend against it.
