You can not take a small amount of energy and use it to make larger amount of energy. That will be as mentioned before overunity. I remember one of my ideas then I was in the 7. grade in school. It was to have a electrical car, with a wind generator on the back. Then the car was driving the wind generator should charge the battery, hence unlimeted range. Pretty cool or not, at least my design was very cool
