For circuit consisting or unknown Capacitor and Resistor, I have the impedance (R + iX) and I want to know the capasitance of the capacitor.
When the circuit items are serial, is this the way to go?
The equation Xc = 1/(ωC) || *C and || :Xc
Turns into C = Xc/ω
And the Xc is the same thing as the iX of the resistance.
But I don't know if it my transformation of the formula is ok, since the C and Xc are imaginary,
