Your logic is sound to me. However, I extracted the value from a data sheet that labeled it picofarad. The data sheet also indicated the 6 stands for 6 volt. I may have to double check.A capacitor labeled labeled 106 means 10 followed by 6 zeros worth of picofarads. That's 10E6 x 1E-12 = 10E-6 or 10 uFd.

I would like to correct an incorrect information.
The capacitor listed is labeled 106 pF which is 10E6 x E-12 => 10E-6 or 10 uF.
