I want to ask if my mathematical solution was correct. I am not going to post the whole mathematical notation. So, just the answer. I hope, I am correct.
Terminating decimal to a fraction first.
346.435 = \(\frac{346435}{1000}\)
Repeating decimal to a fraction, for the second.
\(0.000^{346}\)
Please, the 346 number has a bar line on top, indicating it as a repeating fraction.
Therefore, my answer is, \(\frac{346}{999000}\)
