Convert TTL Paralell or LVDS (differential rgb) to HDMI or CVBS?

Hi I want to know if it is possible to somehow convert LVDS to HDMI or Composit video burst sync (cvbs/composite video)? I think the DS90CR215 converts the TTL parallel input from an fpga to 3 differential signals presumably RGB and a separate differential for clock. So is it possible to convert this to anything useful?

I haven't been able to find anything on the internet..

The signal output is LVDS Digital (balanced) RGB .
8 wires tx2- , tx2+ , tx1- , tx1+ , tx0- , tx0+ , txck- , txck+
So it is much like TMDS that is used in HDMI and DVI-D.

So would it be possible to convert LVDS to TMDS (HDMI)?
