hi

i have a ht12D decoder receiver, but its a latch, i want it to be momentary ( for my toy car project) is there anyway to make at least some "outputs" momentary?

i dont want to buy another decoder IC

 

What do you mean you want it to be momentary? Just input to the transmitter whatever you want the output to be after the "momentary" output.

 

yea but when i press the button (transmitter) the led stays ON (RECEIVER), i want it to turn OFF when i dont press the button anymore

Post a schematic of the transmitter circuit. Did you build this transmitter?

I could perhaps help if you could answer my questions.

 

The easy way is to using RC differentiator and bjt, it will let the output going to high or low for a limited time, but you can't wish the output time will follow your pressed time.
