Convert a PS2 keyboard into a USB

The USB plug I scavaged has red, black, white, and green wires, with a braided bare wire.

The old PS2 keyboard has red, black, white and brown wires, with a bare wire.

Can I match them up to make a USB keyboard?

Any EE's who know, or cheapskates like me, who've done this?

As always, this is just a goof-off project, I just don't want to damage a machine when I plug it in, thats all.

Thanks,
Gary

It would probably cost more to buy a new one than convert it. :)

Unless you want the challenge or have one of those old IBM metal case keyboards that might be worth saving.
