A PC power supply? Or are you looking for schematics?

 

One method is to use a transformer with a bridge rectifier and a linear voltage regulator and the other is to use a bridge rectifier and a buck dc-dc converter. For low power requirements the transformer solution is easier to do and the space is almost the same because it is small. However, for high power requirements a dc-dc converter is more compact and more efficient.

 

I actually need the entire circiut for the conversion of 220V,50Hz AC to 12V DC supply and also to 5V supply.
