Hi everyone. I pasted this question in the general electronic forum but I should have posted it here. I don't understand why all the circuits I read about in books have voltage drops occurring starting with the positive voltage source. Shouldn't it be the other direction, from negative? When describing a circuit using conventional flow is the schematic exactly the same as electron flow? Please help me understand this concept so I can move on to learning more important things.
