If the TV has an Video input like HDMI / RCA Component / RCA composite......... a Smart Set Top Box should do fine.

 

I would like to know if I can connect it to the internet. It is already connected to Orange TV satellite receiver using RCA composite cable:

The TV set has a data RJ11 cable which may serve to internet connection

The orange box is likely to be used with an orange subscription.
It will likely not work on other networks.
If you want to connect to the internet, you could use a raspberry pi.
You can also make a media box with the raspberry pi:
raspberry pi mediabox
