i have been doing a design with At91rm9200 chip
i have mid level knowledge of eagle pcb

Q: while comparing with a online design with same chip
the eagle shows diff thickness for the wires to pins, i fear the my pcb may be improper see pics
this one is "well made design"

Can you give a link to where the Eagle online file is located or attach its .brd file? Can you attach your .brd file?

The online one seems to be set to metric (i.e., 0.178 mm), and yours seems to be set to Imperial (i.e., 0.01 inch). Sure, they are still different, but have you tried setting yours to metric? What grids are used in each design?

Second, line width can be changed by the user to whatever value you want.
