Hi,

Working on a water damaged Olympus Stylus camera and am trying to ID the component labelled LBTK J533 718. I have attached a photo.

Any ideas?

Are there any pins coming out or is it BGA chip

 

Hi, I'll try to take a better picture! Need to clean some more corrosion before the next photo, but it does look like BGA

I managed to clean up most of the corrosion. I looks like a 10 pin package, the package style is perhaps leadless or J lead, hard to tell due to corrosion which was concentrated on this IC.

I have attached a new photo.

I will try to get hot air removal of package when I find a friend with the equipment.

Hope that this helps to ID the chip.
