I would like to have some technical data on the motor which are used in toys, which is supplied by 6v.

Data required would be
1) type of winding parallel/series
2) torque
3) inductance, resistance
4) torque,etc
these values would be used for simulation purposes.

 

You may have better luck selecting a motor from a manufacturer of motors.

You would benefit in at least of couple of ways by selecting a motor from a manufacturer.

1. You would have access to the motor's electrical and mechanical specification.
2. You would be able to purchase the motor for use in your project.

Check if there is a number written on the motor and use this number to search in google for this motor.

I typed "6V DC motor" and many results appear. Try it.

 

Have you considered how many toys there are with motors in them? Mabuchi is one common manufacturer. You could get the spec sheets on the line of Mabuchi motors, I suppose.
