Common base johnson Noise

For a simple Common emitter circuit, I know you can technically ignore most of the noise due to resistors in the emitter and collector (they are insignificant after being divided by beta (reflection rule)

but how do you do it for a common base circuit?

As convention, the noise for a CE is always referred to the input, which is always the base.

For a Common base, is the noise referred to the the emitter then?
