This is curious - you say that you want to create a schematic diagram of a combination lock circuit that resets.

Then you basically give the requirements of flip-flops or shift registers, and are apparently expecting someone else to provide a schematic for you.

You won't have much luck with that.

I don't want the schematic diagram, all I wanted to know is the procedure

 

From experience I would suggest that there is more than one way to make the device. Why not try to come up with something? You sound as if you have some background.
