Hi,

i need to design a prototype detectors circuit that can respond to coloured trackside lights [red, blue and yellow]. Any suggestions which are useful that i can consider with?

Should i consider the use of filters?

Most sensors are sensitive to such a wide range of light colours that optical filters are the only practical approach.

Video and Still cameras have three identical sensors and filters for instance.
