Ho Hum!
There should be a special forum for nOObs who know nothing.

The nOOb who called an experienced member a nasty name (twit?) should be banned.

Then us experienced guys (and girls) can talk intelligently about fairly complicated new circuits.

Actually, I wasn't trying to help with this thread because I've never done the math on a collector bias circuit. I was watching to see how it turned out so I could learn from it. I did pop in when I feared rougie would take, "you can't control the current" as an absolute, and I pointed out a couple of exceptions. I don't have a clue what was expected from me. "I think the 2 resistor bias is more stable", so...what? Stop what you're doing and try to figure out what I meant for a week? I solemnly swear this is the answer you've been looking for? I don't understand what I commited to.

Look! I didn't mean to insult you... as I don't even know you... and I apologize, But sometimes I do so much digging on every post and often I come out even more confused...
