I am Chuck at <snip>. I saw nicrip's thread which is too old to reply to. I solved the Cockroft Walton multiplier and would like to discuss it with someone who also understands it. How should I proceed? I'm new to the forum business.

Hi,

I use it to drive a Franklin motor, which Dr. Franklin invented in 1750. I became interested in the Greinacher/cw array and solved it for no-load by a succession of algebraic steps. A load resister requires a succession of steps involving the solution of linear dif. eqs. -- more complicated but, I believe doable. So far my work is as a the hobbyist.
