Hi all,

how to calculate the output voltage of a pixel of CMOS sensor in integration mode ?

I searched a lot for this output and I didn't find :confused:
I want this output to implement it using Matlab.

It depends upon the area of the sensor, the doping of the semiconductor, the quantum efficiency of the semiconductor, and the parasitic capacitances in the circuit.
