Class B power amp

    Hi, the question goes..
    A complementary class B output stage is generating a triangular output signal across a 100O load resister with a peak value of 8V and frequency of 1Khz. The output stage is supplied from +/- 10V supplies. What is the efficiency of this amplifier?

    eff = Pout/Pdc

    Pout = (Vout rms)^2 / Rload = 0.32W

    Pdc = IcVcc...
    I assume that Ic sat = Iout pk = Vout/Rload = 80mA
    How do I find the average current in order to find my Pdc?
