How to convert sine wave into square wave without using transistors?????

 

If you can use an IC, then a voltage comparator will work. If no semiconductors are allowed, then a vacuum tube might work.

Are there constraints beyond no transistors?

 

Also diode clipper, & schmitt trigger.
