I think what you are referring to is the term "short circuit".

1."Super conductance" this is possible in very low temperatures;
2. Tn theory this is ideal circuit - wires have 0 ohms resistance;
3. Aroun 0 ohms have golden wires and if thei are short

 

circuits with dependent sources may hav zero or negative resistance

Have to agree with hqmjr, except that "dead short" seems more the term that fits.
