I need to draw circuit for a machine with four inputs and one output that functions as follows: the output is on (1) if exactly two of the inputs are on (1) and off (0) otherwise.
I just want to know if there is any particular method which I can use to figure it out,I just need some starting point rest I can do.Does Kmap will help to do it.

A truth table which will lead you to a Kmap, as you said, is a good start.
