help someone........i wnt a AAApack 12V rated battery's charger circuit n its data n operating steps.....

 

Use a battery charger IC that is made for Ni-MH battery cells.
Most semiconductor manufacturers make them.

Go to www.energizer.com and look at their Ni-MH Applications Manual in the Technical Info Datasheets section.

You wouldn't, which is the problem.

NiMH batteries will explode if charged improperly.

You have yet to demonstrate an ability to form a complete and intelligible sentence.

My best advice to you is to purchase a commercial charger. It won't cause explosions.
