I would strongly advise you not to attempt this – incorrect charge/discharge of such a battery pack could have disastrous consequences.

Commercially available chargers have many safety features, including limiting the charge/discharge voltage and current through each cell – as well as taking into consideration the temperature of the battery pack, limiting charge within allowable specification limits.

So such a charger of a muliti-stack of cells cannot be made by simply connecting a charging voltage between the +/- output of the battery pack. But must include monitoring of the voltage across each cell (with protection thereof) etc etc.
