charge injection of cmos switches

Does the charge injection parameter of an CMOS switch depend on temperature? If it does how much would be the change in capacitance from gate to drain for a given temperature change?

I'm trying to understand why two switches show completely different behaviour (temperature drift) when in a sample and hold circuit with high load resistance.

The two switches are ADG787 and NC7SB3157P6X, where the latter is much less sensitive.
