I am using Wheatstone's Bridge for Resistance measurement and
Max well's Bridge for Inductance measurement.

Which Bridge configuration that I can use for Capacitance measurement ?

You can use WEIN'S BRIDGE for measuring the capacitance.
It shows the value of the unknown capacitor by equating the load in all the branches.
