I like INPUT and OUTPUT. HOT and COLD would also be good. How about two labels for SOURCE and DRAIN so you don't get them mixed up?
or INPUT and OUTPUT.

I try to draw my trannies so conventional current flows from top to bottom. PMOS then has the source on top.In everything that I can think of besides MOSFETs, the source is located above the drain.Other wise, the drain wouldn't drain, would it? I suppose electrons are not subject to the laws of gravity.
I turn it upside down and bitch because I can't get it to turn off.Yeh, sure. But what do you do with the N-MOSFET?
(I know, it's all in jest.)
And then somebody will come and tell you that in some JFETs, S and D could be reversed and you will not know where to stick them...How about two labels for SOURCE and DRAIN so you don't get them mixed up?
or INPUT and OUTPUT.
