b. (v'w+x)'(x+y+z+v'w)

c. (w'+x) yz'+(w'+x)' yz'

this is my homework in logic design subject, i am a com sci student so i want to learn how to simplify boolean expression to lesser the expenses when applying it to circuit diagram. please help me.

Check your computer architecture book -- they usually have a blurb or two on logic design. You'll want to learn some simple Boolean algebra, DeMorgan's theorems, etc. Tell us what part you're having trouble with -- no one is going to want to do your homework for you...
