Can someone identify what component burned on this motorcycle gauge cluster circuit board?

Is that blown component appearing fine on picture 'large' ?
Should be a low ohms resistor. Perhaps the limiting resistance for that S3G zener? regulator. If time passes and cannot figure it out, try 100 ohms, and check if what is dead shows signs of life. But remember it blew because something is not right, perhaps the zener? is shorted.

ill try to trace it tomorrow when i have more time, but when runing diagnostic codes on the bike it shows that the bike was over voltage for a long time so it eventually overloaded the circuit and the chip blew. and yes the large picture shows the chip as normal.

Check if the toasted component is open. If yes, it was likely a resistor, and if the S3G part is shorted, likely caused the toasting because of overvoltage created such short circuit overcurrent. Both would then need replacement, plus future findings... Measure the untoasted good one from picture 'large' for the main question.
